Who we are:
We are University of Utah students showing our school pride by sharing the news of the University with alumni, parents, and friends while giving them the opportunity to support this great institution. As the U-Phonathon Crew, we are a part of the University Development office located in Research Park at 540 Arapeen Drive, Suite 250.
Did you know?
The University of Utah only receives 10.5% of its budget from the State of Utah. While this support is terrific, it requires the University to rely heavily on other sources of revenue to support our operations. With the addition of funds received from tuition, grants, and private gifts, the U is able to offer a high quality education with distinguished faculty and a student experience that is anchored by a beautiful campus and Salt Lake City.
In addition, the U-Phonathon Crew raises funds for scholarships and financial aid that make attending the U possible for many students. Whether it's enjoying a musical performance on campus, or by cheering on the Utes at a game, the impact of private support is a vital part of the University of Utah experience.
Do you have what it takes?
You don't need any prior work experience to join the U-Phonathon Crew, but you do need a passion for the U and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others. Basically, we’re looking for eloquent, passionate U Students to connect with U Alumni over the phone. Stop in or e-mail us, and see what all the talk is about and find out how to join our team.
Details:
- 12+ hours = 3 shifts/wk min (nights & weekend hours)
- $9.50/hour (NOT workstudy)

To reach us, you can take the U Shuttle Green Route, Purple Route, or Blue Night Route and get off at 540 Arapeen Drive. We're located on the top floor, Suite 250, in the Phonathon Room.

Saturday – 10:00am-2:00pm and 2:30-6:30pm
